Shipping, Delivery and Tax

modern247.com provides FREE Shipping and Handling on all orders. We do this so you can rest assured that there are no hidden fees or charges. At this time, we are only required to charge customers residing in TN for sales tax on the purchase price of their orders and we will take care those taxes for them. This means none of our customers will pay us a fee or tax above the purchase price on their orders.

Most of our products are shipped within two to five working days. That means that you should receive your order within fifteen working days. If the expected time for delivery is longer, it will be included in the product's description. Please note that special orders may take up to 6 weeks.

At this time we are shipping within the Continental United States only.

Returns

Please inspect orders immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, notify the carrier and us immediately so that we may work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund, or credit.

Full refunds will be issued if merchandise is returned in its original condition and packaging within 30 days; otherwise a restocking fee of 15% will be charged, (restocking fees of 25% apply to special order items which include art and special order furniture). Credit and Debit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit.

Please retain the original packing materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for any item you wish to return to us.
